WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

For options and flexibility we accept forms of payment in cash, debit, and credit cards. If you have a card already on file you may pay for your services with the card on file.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

We are dedicated to providing a relaxed environment while servicing your hair. To maintain our environment children are not allowed in the studio unless being serviced. 

WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE?

If you are running late please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any schedule interruption and to ensure we are still able to service you or if you need to reschedule. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Thairapy Salon Studio values our clients time and in return we ask for that same value. Please give us a 48 hour notice at minimum or a cancellation fee will be applied.

WHAT IF I NEED MULTIPLE SERVICES?

Please take the time to read the services and their descriptions to ensure you select all the services you would like to receive.

WHAT IF I WANT A CUSTOM UNIT?

If you would like a custom unit please submit a unit request. You will be contacted once your request has been received. Please note a deposit is required.
